Merton High School students, with the support of Management and spearheaded by the Class of 2023, undertook the refurbishment of the library for Ring Road East 1 Basic School, for their community service.
The library was painted and furnished with tables, chairs, shelves, and books. The CEO, Mrs. Baitie, supported by the Vice-Principal Mr. Nyarko, and the Head of Sixth Form, Mr. Gozey, commissioned the project on the 7th of July, 2023. The smiles on the faces of the pupils and staff of Ring Road East 1 Basic School, brought immense joy to the Merton community.
We trust that the culture of reading will be strengthened.
